Hillsdale College's
Online Courses are free courses, many of which teach about U.S. History and our government documents (The Constitution, Federalist Papers, etc.). Some of the topics have several videos in a series. Hillsdale is trying to bring our nation's history into our homes.
Freedom Factor has a series of videos
Online Courses for children that teaches about The Constitution. It is a fun way for children to learn in language that's understandable to them.
NonPartisan Organizations:
Insider Online has some very good videos to teach a basic
understanding of complicated issues.
ParentalRights.org is fighting government control that will keep parents from saying how their children will be raised.
Votesmart.org collects information about what each
candidate and elected official believes (if they are brave enough to fill out the
VoteSmart Political Courage Test). If
your elected officials have not filled out the test, please
contact them and
request that they do so. Votesmart depends on
contributions
and is a very worthwhile cause.
GovTrack.us allows you to select subjects of interest to you, or
elected officials that you are interested in and they will email you reports when there is legislative
activity from your interests.
Americans for Prosperity (AFP) and
Americans for Prosperity Foundation (AFP Foundation) are committed to educating citizens about economic
